What is Real Estate E-News?

I have been involved in real estate and mortgage lending for 25 years. After four years as a recognized sales leader, I opened my own real estate agency, soon becoming one of the largest real estate firms in North America. Along the way, I have been recognized as a published real estate author and instructor. I am now helping individual clients with their real estate and home loans in Sacramento, Placer & El Dorado Counties.

 At the request of many of my friends and clients I developed Real Estate E-News, a brief informative discussion, covering a single topic relating to real estate or mortgage lending. This is then individually emailed Monday through Friday to interested parties at no cost or obligation. My short topics are of interest to both homeowners and renters.
